6 days of asana practice per week are recommended.   Unlimited yoga at the Shala for six weeks. Weekly meetings. Daily meditation.  Dietary guidelines. 40 Day blog to stay in touch with other participants.

Class Schedule at the Shala
The Shala is open for all classes except: Late Night classes (8 / 8:30 pm) and Early Morning classes (6 / 7 am) due to continued power outage, but patrons are encouraged to call the Shala one hour before class and listen to the greeting for the latest information.  860 • 536 • 0237

NOTE: We are requesting that everyone NOT use the bathrooms, as there is no running water.

We thought we would give you a sneak peek of our new, soon-to-be-launched website design.  Our cherished pink lotus logo has been transformed into our new lotus mandala logo, complete with the Mystic Yoga Shala seal...simply divine!
