Creating Your Life's Purpose!

Get ready to play and dream and explore who you are and who you're meant to be!

Life Purpose is not about your job or even the things you do - it is the everyday expression of your deepest Values and who you are being when you reach your full potential.

It is why YOU matter and how you fulfill the gifts you uniquely bring to this Lifetime. In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to get to know themselves through a series of visualizations, exercises and questions. They will use what they discover to craft a simple Statement of Purpose which can help to guide them through their entire lives.

Thai Massage Creativity | David Roma

In this workshop, you will learn a full body Thai Yoga Massage routine that you can immediately put into practice. You will learn basic Thai massage protocols that will keep your clients coming back for more. Explore the styles of Thai Yoga massage, various postures and techniques that can be mixed and matched to make a shorter or longer session.

We will practice basic fundamentals of why you are performing certain postures and how the client will be positively affected. We will demonstrate and practice how to use different parts of your body including your hands, feet, arms, legs and knees as tools to apply compression along energy lines.

Learn Yoga-like stretches to assist in increasing your client’s range of motion and flexibility. This is a routine that feels great to give and receive. Thai Massage is always a spiritual experience that combines meditation, yoga, and the practice of loving-kindness. The way we move, the way we breathe, the way we contact and connect, the way we hold space and allow healing to happen… is the ancient art of Thai Massage.
