This workshop is for teachers and anyone interested in learning the art of skillfully assisting others in the asana practice of Yoga. The workshop intends to give you a greater appreciation for physical touch and the power of nonverbal communication.

In this workshop, you will learn how to connect with another energetically and physically as a way to be of service helping them connect deeper to their practice and body.

 Students will learn how to enter, apply, and release safe and powerful hands-on assists on most of the important asanas in the Baptiste Journey Into Power sequence.

 Please bring a yoga mat, bottle of water, notebook, and pen for note-taking.
